Our fastpacks (corrugated packaging with foam inserts) are sturdy, reusable and they meet government specifications for boxes. The polyurethane foam inserts provide an inexpensive form of military packaging protection for almost any application.
Models are available with die-cut foam inserts. Military fastpacks can be supplied without government specified corrugated cartons. Corrugated military fastpacks are available plain or printed and there is no tooling charge for stock dies. They are manufactured in strict accordance with PPP-B-1672C.
We have a professional packaging engineer and SolidWorks design capabilities. We are able to model and manufacture prototypes, and we work with a certified outside laboratory to meet ASTM testing standards.
