Project14 provides custom packaging and shipping container solutions. Our crates are made in-house at our California facility. We engineer and design custom wood crates, pallets, and foam-based packaging in various sizes and shapes to meet your specific shipping requirements.
Corrugated box design is the process of matching design factors for corrugated boxes with the functional, physical, processing, and end-use requirements. Packaging engineers work to meet the performance requirements of a box while controlling total costs throughout the system.
Our fastpacks (corrugated packaging with foam inserts) are sturdy, reusable and they meet government specifications for boxes. The polyurethane foam inserts provide an inexpensive form of military packaging protection for almost any application.
Models are available with die-cut foam inserts. Military fastpacks can be supplied without government specified corrugated cartons. Corrugated military fastpacks are available plain or printed and there is no tooling charge for stock dies. They are manufactured in strict accordance with PPP-B-1672C.
We have a professional packaging engineer and SolidWorks design capabilities. We are able to model and manufacture prototypes, and we work with a certified outside laboratory to meet ASTM testing standards.
