About Project 14.
Project 14 is your dedicated custom crating & packaging choice in Southern California, servicing customers in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Riverside, as well as customers all across the country. Give us a call or visit us. We are located in Riverside, CA, right off of the 91 freeway on McKinley Ave.
Our insulated foam containers are manufactured with the highest degree of quality and integrity.
Whether working from our design or a customer-supplied drawing, we have the experience to fabricate even the most complex foam components.
We have a professional packaging engineer with SolidWorks design capabilities. We are able to model and manufacture prototypes, and we work with a certified outside laboratory to meet ASTM testing standards.
Our fastpack (corrugated packaging with foam inserts) are sturdy, reusable and they meet government specifications for boxes.
Corrugated box design is the process of matching design factors for corrugated boxes with the functional physical, processing and end-use requirements.
Project 14 provides custom packaging and shipping container solutions. Our crates are made in-house at our California facility.
At Project 14, we strive to design the best quality packaging to protect our customer’s products at the best price. Our goal is to choose the right packaging material, whether that is wood, corrugated boxes, molded pulp or one of a variety of types of foam that will give the most protection with the Lowest Cost. Our objective is to use creative engineering to provide our customers with cost-effective solutions while still meeting or exceeding testing standards.
Project 14 offers choices other than typical wooden crates. These options include steel crates and collapsible crates. Steel Crates are a good option for shipping heavy products. They are very durable and can be reused, saving raw materials and money. Collapsible crates can be used to send products multiple times. Simply unload your product, collapse the crate, and send it back to be used again.
We at Project 14 design our packaging with the most economical materials possible. We focus on giving our customers not only the best design, but also the most earth-friendly recycling experience. Most importantly, our emphasis is on maintaining our core value of making the environment better than when we first arrived.
